I used to work making lots of photo copies and assembling press kits and the like. My cuticles were always bleeding. My hands were so dry. Paper just sucks the moisture right out. I use this Renew hand lotion by Melaleuca. And... honestly... it's the best stuff I've ever used for dry skin. Bag Balm before bed is also good, as is this stuff called Melem.
